Are deposits refundable?
Your session deposit is nonrefundable and due at the time of booking.
Can I cancel my session on the day of?
CCP has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Failure to notify of cancelation before the 48-hour mark will result in late fees. 25% of the remaining balance will be due unless the services are rescheduled.
