You may notice that the packages are named after some of my favorite Taylor Swift songs. As a Swiftie, I just had to sneak that detail in.


60 miles of travel will be included in the session fee, with the Kansas State Mileage rate - 67 cents - added per additional mile. Barns that have three or more booking clients will receive a farm discount of 10% off your session price!


Upon booking, you will receive a questionnaire with questions about you and any others that will be in the images to get to know you a little better. This includes your horses and pets! We then schedule a phone call and talk about all things relating to the session; the vibes, outfits, location, posing, etc. On session day you will receive a text from me with a few last-minute pieces of advice. Following the session, your gallery will be delivered in 6-8 weeks with sneak peeks coming in 48 hours.

The mini-session includes 30 minutes of shooting with one outfit/location. There is a 15-image guarantee.

Forever & Always

$500

The one-hour session includes 60 minutes of shooting time, 1-2 outfit/location changes, and 30 guaranteed images. Black background images are also included in the package.

Bejeweled

$650

The hour-and-a-half session includes 90 minutes of shooting time, 1-3 outfit/location changes, and 45 guaranteed images. Black background images and a $50 print credit are included with the package.

Sale Images

Includes a conformation and 3/4 shot of both sides, front, behind, and headshot.

Black Background add-on

Includes 4-8 images of either just your horse or horse and rider. Typical shots include head-on, wrap-around, profile, and 3/4 angle.

FAQ

Is there a travel fee?

All sessions within 60 miles of Farlington, Kansas are void of a travel fee. Anything outside of this range will have a small fee [67 cents/ mile] to offset the prices of gas. The fee is split among all clients at one given location.

What is a print credit?

Print credits are a credit you can use toward professional prints! This is a personal thank you for supporting a small business.

Can I extend the session on the day of?

Typically, no you cannot extend the session day of. The more heads up I receive, the better, as Cow Creek Photography is a one-man show. Unless you are the only client/ location on the day of the shoot, extending the session is incredibly unlikely to happen. In the case it is able to happen, there is an additional $150/hour charge.

What kind of gear do you use?

I shoot with a Nikon D850 or D5 and a 70-200 f/2.8 lens! This setup is incredibly versatile, which is what I love about it. It can handle the strenuous work of a show, yet still compete with the best for portraits.

Do I have to order prints through you?

All prints exceeding 8x10 must be ordered through Cow Creek Photography in order to maintain image integrity. Cow Creek offers a multitude of different prints at an affordable rate. Check out the print shop to view prices and a list of offered prints. Don't see what you want? Message me and I'll see if it is something I can order.

How long does it take to receive my gallery?

Galleries will be delivered within 4-6 weeks. As a full-time student with two jobs, I set a longer turnaround to ensure your images look perfect! Though, galleries can be delivered earlier if time allows.

Are deposits refundable?

Your session deposit is nonrefundable and due at the time of booking. Despite this, I understand that life happens and we can always reschedule a session or day a payment plan!

Can I cancel my session on the day of?

CCP has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Failure to notify of cancelation before the 48-hour mark will result in late fees. 25% of the remaining balance will be due unless the services are rescheduled.
