60 miles of travel will be included in the session fee, with the Kansas State Mileage rate - 67 cents - added per additional mile.

Plan your session
Now for try favorite part! From Pinterest boards to phone calls to plan outfits and poses, I am here every step of the way. A questionnaire will be sent so I can get to know you a little bit more.
Session day
Show up and enjoy the experience... my team and I will take care of the details!
After the session
Within 48 hours, you'll receive sneak peeks, and in 4-6 weeks, a private gallery with your final images. At this point, you can use your session credit for prints and begin sharing your images online. Need your images sooner? Just let me know! I am happy to work around reasonable deadlines.

What is a print credit?
Print credits are a credit you can use toward professional prints! This is a personal thank you for supporting a small business.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Typically, no you cannot extend the session day of. The more heads up I receive, the better, as Cow Creek Photography is a one-woman show. Unless you are the only client/ location on the day of the shoot, extending the session is incredibly unlikely to happen. In the case it is able to happen, there is an additional $150/hour charge.
Do I have to order prints through you?
All prints exceeding 8x10 must be ordered through Cow Creek Photography in order to maintain image integrity. Cow Creek offers a multitude of different prints at an affordable rate. Check out the print shop to view prices and a list of offered prints. Don't see what you want? Message me and I'll see if it is something I can order.
Are deposits refundable?
Your session deposit is nonrefundable and due at the time of booking. Despite this, I understand that life happens and we can always reschedule a session or day a payment plan!
Can I cancel my session on the day of?
CCP has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Failure to notify of cancelation before the 48-hour mark will result in late fees. 25% of the remaining balance will be due unless the services are rescheduled.
